CE4RT project

We drive to Pole 23.8, the Shipwreck Shelter 'Húske op de hoek' and the Boschplaat. In the past, the Shipwreck Shelter served as a refuge for stranded shipwreck survivors. It sits on a beautiful sandy plain that remains in constant motion thanks to the interplay of ebb and flow. Terschelling has the widest beach in the Netherlands and even one of the widest beaches in Western Europe. During this trip, we also partake in a Terschelling tradition: beachcombing! There's always something beautiful to be found that the sea gives up.
