Puur Joost

2010 was a year when many foals were born at Puur Terschelling, and one of our baby boomers is Joost. Joost is a lovely black and white piebald gelding who, like all horses at Puur Terschelling, has been trained both under saddle and for cart work. Joost is a sensitive horse and during his training we noticed that Joost feels most comfortable with a regular rider with whom he can develop a good bond. Joost now pulls the covered wagon, in the company of the other horses from the herd - that's what he enjoys most.
