Japke is our utterly reliable, proud mare and a hard worker to boot. Japke always gives everything she has and she's an absolutely brilliant swimmer. Japke has an unerring sense of what sort of person she has on her back and adjusts her behaviour accordingly in the most pleasant way. With an uncertain rider, Japke keeps her calm, and with a rider who enjoys a more spirited ride, Japke will get straight to work. With her steady and willing character, Japke is a real superstar horse for both beginners and advanced riders alike. What's more, Japke sits beautifully and it's also a joy to ride bareback with Japke through the Terschelling countryside.
